What do we offer?

  • Reflexology is a holistic therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet or hands to encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Each reflex point corresponds to different organs and systems within the body, helping to promote relaxation, improve circulation, reduce stress, and restore balance and wellbeing. This non-invasive treatment supports both physical and emotional health, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and revitalized.

  • I have had a passion for music, in particular piano since I was a young child. Teaching 1-1 lessons professionally since November 2021.

Music is something I want to continue to involve in my career. I welcome all individuals to give piano lessons a go. And a particular drive to get youngsters and individuals with learning disabilities involved.

Whilst I am not a qualified music therapist it has always been an interest of mine. The impact music can have on mood, emotions and wellbeing is huge. It can support communication, expression and personal development. Playing piano provides a creative space to connect, build confidence, and develop key skills such as focus, social interaction, and speech. For those with autism, ADHD, or speech and language challenges, music becomes a powerful tool for engagement and growth—helping each individual express themselves in their own unique way.
